Earthquake northeast of Saint Lucia

St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago, September 13th, 2007, (Seismic Research Unit) - Early on Thursday morning 13th September at 2:37 a.m. local time, an earthquake occurred northeast of Saint Lucia. The preliminary location for the event is 14.28°N 60.41°W. The event was reported widely felt in Saint Lucia and St. Vincent. There have been no reports of damage or injuries.

The focal depth was approximately 57 km.  The magnitude is 4.9. The map shows the location of the earthquake.
