Minister Williams: Greater emphasis needed for emergency communications
Minister of Natural Resources and Social Services, Hon. Galmo Williams, highlighting the impact of this year’s hurricane season on the Caribbean stressed the important role Disaster Management plays in our National Planning and the need for greater emphasis to be placed on the critical area of communication. He was speaking at the opening of a CDERA training course in emergency telecommunications.
