Meanwhile, a relatively weak tropical wave today and a low level perturbation tonight will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated to widely scattered showers across the rest of the region. There also exists a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms over Trinidad. Further, most islands will have hazy skies. Winds: ENE to ESE at 12 to 22 knots and gusting
higher at times. Seas: The sea state will be moderate to rough with waves ranging between 1.5 and 2.4 meters or 5 to 8 feet and building.
